What happened
- A1c is a ninety-day average, so retesting at week six mostly measures your own impatience rather than any change in control.
- Fasting insulin was flagged as the test you cannot go back for, because a baseline taken after three months of treatment is not a baseline.
- Two members posted lipid panels showing apoB moving differently from LDL cholesterol, which produced the channel first proper argument about which to track.
- A frightened member with an abnormal result was helped to read the page and firmly not told it was fine, which is the channel standing policy.
- Liver enzymes drifting during rapid fat loss was explained as a common and usually transient pattern, with the caveat that common is not the same as yours.
