phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan

- week_zero — how long before people saw the first change at 10 20:44
- week_zero — back after 2 months, has anything actually been published since 21:02
- relabel_watch — lost 31kg over 18 months at doses well under what the trials used 21:07
- rezept_rolf — nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is 22:24
stopped for 18 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time, happy to be corrected
research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing
how long before people saw the first change at 10
genuine question did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers
is the GI worse than tirzepatide or about the same
back after 2 months, has anything actually been published since
anyone logging resting heart rate on this
triple agonist meaning GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, have i got that right
lost 31kg over 18 months at doses well under what the trials used
glucagon is the new bit
[edited]blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect
the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here
whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way
the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start, i could be wrong
settled by month three
did anyone come off because of the heart rate
TRIUMPH is phase 3
is TRIUMPH the phase 3 programme
my resting rate went up 5 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 19
[edited]research use only
ok so anyone reconstituting 40 vials to 4 so the steps come out smaller
stopped for 15 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time
how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use
slightly off topic but people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two, your mileage will differ
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind
i said 4 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is
