quick one a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating, take that with a pinch of salt

AA

powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it

AA

site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

slightly off topic but nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases, ill dig out the number

AA

has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better

MC

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber, not advice obviously

LU

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

LU

started shedding hair around month 9, does it stop

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free, i could be wrong

hiccups. every single time. why

unrelated but my resting heart rate is up about 4 bpm, is that a known thing

A1

taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back, happy to be corrected

A1

anyone get properly wiped out for a day or two after the dose

week 33 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle

DD

right upper side pain on and off for a week, should i be worried

TE

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

BB

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

LU

do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff
