the certificate has the actual chromatogram printed on it. i can see the baseline and where the integration marks were dropped. every other cert in my folder just tells me a number and expects me to nod

What the room says
A Hangzhou solid-phase house that does one thing nobody else on this board does: it prints the chromatogram on the certificate. Everybody sends a purity number. This one sends the trace the number was integrated from, with the gradient table and the column beside it, so you can look at the baseline and the integration marks and decide for yourself whether the figure was drawn fairly. That is the whole case for them here, and #vendor-talk has tested it — one member asked whether a principal peak carried a shoulder and got the expanded region of the trace back rather than an assurance, another pulled a supplementary cert against a lot bought nineteen months earlier and the trace was still attached to it. What the thread argues about is the obvious limit: a printed trace proves the integration on that injection was honest, not that your vial came out of it.
Regional stock. Orders leave a warehouse in the member’s own country.
- Netherlands (Rotterdam) — European Union, 2-4 days
- Germany (Hamburg) — Germany, Austria, Switzerland, 2-4 days
- United Kingdom (London) — United Kingdom & Ireland, 2-3 days
- United States (California) — United States, 2-4 days
- Canada (Toronto) — Canada, 3-5 days
- Australia (Melbourne) — Australia & New Zealand, 3-5 days
- The certificate carries the chromatogram itself, with the gradient table, the column and the wavelength beside it
- Assay has landed at or above the certificate on every lot logged, across four separate laboratories
- Peptide content, water by Karl Fischer and counter-ion content are all on the document as separate figures with units
- Hangzhou dispatch runs through Shanghai and takes one to two working days to leave; regional stock ships domestically where it exists
- The catalogue runs past 350 lines and the logged assays cover four of them — ask for the certificate on the line you are actually buying
- A printed trace evidences the integration on the injection shown; it does not evidence which injection your vial was filled from

gradient table and column are on the document next to the trace. that means somebody else could run the same method and check. that is the whole point of printing it
sent lot PPG-2603-0261 out blind. 98.2 against a declared 98.3. inside method repeatability, which is where two honest numbers are supposed to differ
asked whether the main peak had a shoulder on it, half expecting a paragraph about quality commitment. got the expanded region of the trace back instead
peptide content is on the cert separately from area percent. those are two different quantities and mixing them up is the most common error in this whole market
ordered the same line across two lots on purpose to see whether the second matched the first. tenth of a point apart and the traces overlay
first order was one vial because i wanted to see the paperwork before i saw the powder. cheaper test than any assay. paperwork was fine
karl fischer water with the method named. on a lyophilised line that moves delivered mass more than the third decimal of purity does
catalogue is 350+ lines and i have bought five of them. what i can say is about those five and nothing else
asked for a supplementary cert on a lot from nineteen months ago. came back from their records with the trace still attached
related substances itemised by impurity with retention times, not one lumped total. cross checked it against the trace and it agrees
lot code matched on vial, cert and invoice every time. sounds like the floor. across suppliers it is not the floor
semaglutide 5mg reconstituted clear on contact. no haze, no floaters, no thirty seconds of swirling and hoping
mass spec identity alongside the hplc, so identity is confirmed two ways instead of asserted once
custom sequence quoted with the schedule on the face of the quote and finished two days inside it at the purity in the spec
they flagged a four day dispatch delay before the quoted window ran out rather than after. logging the sequence because the sequence is the part that matters
asked about counter-ion content and got a figure with a unit inside four hours on a working day. tfa at 3.9%, which moves the arithmetic more than people allow for
weighed four vials from one consignment against declared fill. all inside two per cent. fill uniformity gets a fraction of the attention purity gets
cross checked one lot at two labs. agreement to a tenth of a point and both agree with the printed number
repeat determination on the same line at eleven months, 98.0 against 98.1 originally. no drift visible in this one
every unit in the box carried one lot code, so the comparison i wanted to make inside the consignment was the one i actually made
cold chain held to day seven with the pack still solid, in a month where that is not a given. tracking moved at every hop including the domestic handover
the printed figure was not quietly revised upward between the cert and the commercial paperwork. small check, worth making
nine orders over fourteen months. no substitutions, no reformulations, no line going out of stock after payment cleared
hangzhou dispatch through shanghai, eleven days door to door against a quoted seven to fourteen. no dead intervals in the tracking
stability statement is written against a named storage condition instead of a bare shelf life. that is a claim you can actually evaluate
