- lead_time_lars — i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring… 22:34
- knees_first — unrelated but careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two 22:55
what non scale thing surprised you most
somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me, for what its worth
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting
quick one is there a point where you stop weighing daily
the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance
Testing queue: 2 submissions open, 128 awaiting dispatch.
slightly off topic but down 100 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
follow up the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part
i nearly quit too
i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything
i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust
unrelated but careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two
