thats brilliant
ring fitting is the best one
i want to say something in here but im worried about sounding like im showing off
went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win
6 down in 14 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale
keep going
the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going, i could be wrong
[edited]i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
what non scale thing surprised you most
cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night
resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know
a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
*that should say weekly
the stairs thing yeah
for the archive congratulations, genuinely. and thank you for putting the caveats in, most people do not bother
no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do

i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
kept 8 of it off for 6 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me
SURMOUNT-OSA reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better, not advice obviously
