- peak_split — bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting, i could be wrong 19:10
- two_three_lifts — slightly off topic but the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i… 19:23
- two_three_lifts — how do you say youre pleased in here without it sounding like an advert 19:27
- underfill_uma — i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust 21:12
a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it
how long did it take before you believed it was actually working
bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting, i could be wrong
repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in
i want to say something in here but im worried about sounding like im showing off
slightly off topic but the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part
i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me
how do you say youre pleased in here without it sounding like an advert
unrelated but the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available
the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going
thats a big drop
thats the win
half a stone in 4 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening
went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win
i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about
unrelated but i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did, i think
thats brilliant
hit 38 down this morning and im sat here not really feeling anything, is that normal
thats not showing off
youre allowed to be pleased
still here at month 14
love this channel
blood pressure was 148 over 94 at baseline and 126 over 80 today, is that the weight or coincidence
the stairs thing yeah
i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust
down 27 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do, your mileage will differ
quick one nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 6 now
is it bad form to say i havent had a single side effect
ok so careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two, someone check my working
months not weeks
i nearly quit too
does anyone have a milestone they were embarrassed to admit mattered
coming back after 9 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody
