went up two flights of stairs without stopping and then had to sit down for a completely different reason
for the archive the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much, we shall see
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial

how do you say youre pleased in here without it sounding like an advert
the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available
please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it

down 52 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month
size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop

i was down 14 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 8 now
is it weird that the clothes size mattered more to me than the number did
while im here i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win
no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do
somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly
