the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was
blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets, we shall see
i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did

cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night, happy to be corrected
