ok so i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything

no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do
down 79 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
keep going

kept 37 of it off for 5 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
is it bad form to say i havent had a single side effect
first time under a number i havent seen since 2016, what did people do at that point
anyone else find the compliments harder to handle than the weight itself
a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
coming back after 19 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody
slow is fine
somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me
the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was, your mileage will differ
how do you say youre pleased in here without it sounding like an advert
10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month
[edited]i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust
i was down 37 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was
the stairs thing yeah
does the room want the numbers or just the story
well done
coming back to this careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two
is there a point where you stop weighing daily
for the archive i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
congratulations, genuinely. and thank you for putting the caveats in, most people do not bother
a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it, happy to be corrected
i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did
the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going

blood pressure was 148 over 94 at baseline and 126 over 80 today, is that the weight or coincidence
STEP 4 reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better
thats brilliant
blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
down 11 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about, we shall see
quick one somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly
youre allowed to be pleased
