unrelated but the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was, n of 1 obviously
the stairs thing yeah
follow up blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going

cpap pressure got turned down last week, has that happened for anyone
down 20 and my resting heart rate dropped 2 bpm, related or not
