i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust

my knees stopped hurting and i genuinely did not expect that, has anyone had the same

ok so 10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month

my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial, thats one data point
