MM

restarted at 2.5 after 8 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists, i think

coming back to this does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving

TT

went back to semaglutide after 14 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI

whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different

GG

unrelated but the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

PP

40 units of a 5 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time

TT

GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect

MM

changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome

RS

while im here back after 25 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off

GG

the 40 vial in 1ml gives 4mg/ml which puts 15 on 50 units, nice round numbers, n of 1 obviously

RS

the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar

GG

RT

SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up, thats just me

CO

the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number, happy to be corrected

$185 for a 30 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year

anyone got a 4 recon they like for the 30 vials

does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger

NT

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table, anyway

i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me, n of 1 obviously

RS

at 1 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win

i sat at 7.5 for 24 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from

RT

switched from 15 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
