changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome

- gradient_greg — the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works 19:00
- gradient_greg — did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it 19:11
- chlorhex — held 10 for 12 months and lost 36kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine 19:45
- chlorhex — GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect 20:41
the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number, n of 1 obviously
quick one plateaued at 22 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
at 2 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
held 10 for 12 months and lost 36kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
checked the units twice
the 2 vial in 5ml gives 10mg/ml which puts 0.5 on 30 units, nice round numbers
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that
switched from 1 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
