Highlights from this day
  • retention_time — follow up the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number 18:18
  • retention_time — if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table, thats just me 18:48
  • dog_person_dev — there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing 18:58
  • month_six_me — the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar 19:05
EM

my Medutest result on a CPC vial came in at 98.1 which is why i keep buying from them

EM

the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

RT

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5

RT

switched from 1 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it

*2ml not 2.5

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table, thats just me

Tirzepatide Once Weekly for the Treatment of Obesity (SURMOUNT-1)
New England Journal of Medicine · 2022
72 weeks, tirzepatide 5, 10 and 15mg against placebo.
CC

40 units of a 2 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time

DP

there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing

KF

plateaued at 23 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

*week 33 not week 7

the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar

licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does

KF

anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses
