- reship_rita — GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect 20:32
- nine_nine_one — slightly off topic but 40 units of a 10 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time 20:38
- reship_rita — right so restarted at 2.5 after 18 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists 20:53

the 2 vial in 1.5ml gives 2mg/ml which puts 10 on 8 units, nice round numbers
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
slightly off topic but 40 units of a 10 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time
GIP plus GLP-1
£120 for a 15 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar
did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
right so restarted at 2.5 after 18 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
same plateau here
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
10 was enough

no clean conversion
how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
for the archive there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing
