right so at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that
#tirzepatide 2025-04-24
- marrow.mod — follow up the 30 vial in 1ml gives 2.5mg/ml which puts 12 on 10 units, nice round numbers 23:28
- seven_five_sweet — i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 5 months at 7.5 not needing more, for what its worth 23:30
- seven_five_sweet — no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later 23:37
SURMOUNT is weight
10 was enough
im at 0.25 and thinking about 7.5, did anyone gain anything from that step
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving
did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect
40 units of a 2 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
switched last year
held 10 for 20 months and lost 45kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine, take that with a pinch of salt
is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
at 10 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win, ymmv
[edited]easier gi for me
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me, i think
7.5 gang
no clean conversion
follow up the 30 vial in 1ml gives 2.5mg/ml which puts 12 on 10 units, nice round numbers
ok so why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 5 months at 7.5 not needing more, for what its worth
5 did nothing
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
| Trial schedule | What most people here do | |
|---|---|---|
| Step interval | 4 weeks, fixed | 4-12 weeks, on symptoms |
| Holding | protocol deviation | normal and expected |
| Top dose | reached by design | often never reached |
| Coming down | not studied | common at maintenance |
how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
