VV

was SURMOUNT-OSA the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up

MM

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters

my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything

VV

STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it

MM

if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

[edited]
VV

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

VV

did anybody find a difference between HJ and pharmacy at the same 1.7

MM

going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution

AB

MM

the appetite effect faded for me around 22 months and going up fixed it for a while

*VendorInvestigate not the other one

NP

STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers, ask me again in a month

AB

the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing, ymmv

AB

went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 2, which is one person and nothing more

LL

genuine question lost about 7kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me, ymmv

NP

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels, your mileage will differ

MM

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip

NP

SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial

quick one my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem, ask me again in a month

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping, ymmv

MM

quick one anyone gone from 5 straight to 0.5 or is that too big a jump

SD

right so moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

ST

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

MM

licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose, i have it written down somewhere

is 2.4 the top or do people go past it

my Medutest report on the QSC vial came back 96.8 against a certificate saying 98.1

🎉4🧪4🔥2

while im here anyone compared their 10 vial dosing against the pen increments

22 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half

NP

whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers

RR

is the plateau at 24 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong

10🔥11🙏11
DD

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that

DD

i stayed on 1.7 for 12 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
