is the plateau at 30 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong

- no_appetite_nia — what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything compounded and brand felt the same to me at 2, which is one person and nothing more 23:07
- gip_glp_gil — compounded and brand felt the same to me at 10, which is one person and nothing more 23:15
- lisbon_lot — if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule 23:18
- lisbon_lot — my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything 23:43
thats STEP 1
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial, thats one data point
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
2.4 is the ceiling
does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one
held at 0.25 and lost 77lb over 5 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
seven days ish
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
is 2.4 the top or do people go past it
STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure
did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed
what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 2, which is one person and nothing more
same dose day
is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping
restarted after 19 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time
my Medutest report on the KP vial came back 97.4 against a certificate saying 98.6
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 10, which is one person and nothing more
22 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
anyone compared their 4 vial dosing against the pen increments
lost about 21kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose, i think
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
did anybody find a difference between JEEP and pharmacy at the same 0.5
dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
plateaus move
not the same trial
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
im at 2.4 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up
my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me
