steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing

- egfr_ed — i stayed on 1.7 for 2 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it, thats just me 16:49
- dark_for_ten_days — back after 11 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher 17:17
- egfr_ed — i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that i held at 0.5 for 9 months and it was the best decision i made 17:36
vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong, anyway
my 30 vial in 2.5ml gives 4mg/ml so 2 lands on 50 units, thats why i picked that volume
i stayed on 1.7 for 2 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it, thats just me
changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
*PeptideMeter not the other one
the appetite effect faded for me around 15 months and going up fixed it for a while
back after 11 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mgdoes anyone actually run a five week step instead of four
sorry to jump in i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
quick one im 9 months in at 1 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing
whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down
2.4 is the ceiling
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
i held at 0.5 for 9 months and it was the best decision i made
