research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing

Cited study
Triple–Hormone-Receptor Agonist Retatrutide for Obesity — A Phase 2 Trial
New England Journal of Medicine · 2023
48 weeks, dose-ranging. A Phase 2 result is not a safety record.

how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use

low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom

does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated

the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me

BS

unrelated but i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps

did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end

sat at 2 for 8 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up, take that with a pinch of salt

BS

the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start, someone check my working

BS

phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan, n of 1 obviously

held at 0.5 for 23 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain

🧪7🙏2
