blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect

- pbs_pip — unrelated but back after 25 months, has anything actually been published since 21:24
- mg_per_ml — GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived, n of 1 obviously 21:29
- tallinn_taper — the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here 21:47
- wrong_network — stepping in 15 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again 23:10
how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use
genuine question my resting heart rate is up about 3 bpm, did that settle for anyone
my resting rate went up 9 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 10
anyone gone above 10 and what changed
i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch, happy to be corrected
cant feel it honestly
whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2
logging rhr daily
stopped for 17 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time
how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer
reconstituted the 2 vial to 2mg/ml specifically so i could take 0.25 without measuring crumbs
appetite suppression at 2.4 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point
glucagon is the new bit
[edited]i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind
unrelated but back after 25 months, has anything actually been published since
did anyone come off because of the heart rate
blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect
phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan
GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived, n of 1 obviously
baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)triple agonist yeah
people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two, for what its worth
mine went up too
did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers
my resting rate went up 6 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 26
phase 2 only
held at 1.7 for 4 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain
the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here
research use only
nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is
coming back to this the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does
i said 3 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
smaller steps here
[edited]slightly off topic but came off at 5 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it
i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps
TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule, we shall see
sorry to jump in the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start
watching my heart rate
Reminder for non_scale_win: dose day is today. Set 8 days ago.
buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely
*Janoshik not the other one
update on the earlier thing energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me
*PeptideMeter not the other one
there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists
stepping in 15 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
