i said 2 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since

VV

blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect

PM

right so did anyone come off because of the heart rate

sorry to jump in how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use

TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule

[edited]

the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does

GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived

does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated

for the archive energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me

LU

im at 1.7 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal

the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start

NP

sat at 2.4 for 9 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up, still working it out

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot H-2814: 98.6% vs 99.4%. Within expected range.

NP

how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer

TT

did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end

[edited]

the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me, from memory

smaller steps here

anyone logging resting heart rate on this

low and slow

🙏1👍11🔥11

i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind

AA

came off at 34 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it, we shall see

AA

my resting rate went up 2 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 11

AA

coming back to this the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here

phase 2 only

no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data

low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom

LU

anyone reconstituting 5 vials to 4 so the steps come out smaller

LU

my resting heart rate is up about 7 bpm, did that settle for anyone

triple agonist yeah
