EM

anyone compared their VendorInvestigate purity across two different SGN lots

EM

does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated

TO

research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing

TT

the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here, anyway

🧪12

i said 4 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since, i think

settled by month three

🧪1📉3🎉2

stopped for 11 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time

TT

came off at 34 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it, i think

LU

the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me

MM

nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is, from memory

logging rhr daily

[edited]
LU

i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch

TO

sat at 2.5 for 7 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up

AP

GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived

i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps

AP

my resting rate went up 9 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 7

VB

Reminder for unsolicited_dm: dose day is today. Set 8 days ago.

MM

right so the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start

appetite suppression at 12 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point

there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists

UD

quick one triple agonist meaning GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, have i got that right

MM

energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me

held mine ages

RR

people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two

ok so back after 14 months, has anything actually been published since

🔥3

watching my heart rate

MM

stepping in 2.4 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again

PS

reconstituted the 40 vial to 8mg/ml specifically so i could take 2.4 without measuring crumbs

🤝6📈1

no long term data

follow up the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does

👀6📈1
UD

phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan, i could be wrong

UD

triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history, i have it written down somewhere

glucagon is the new bit, ask me again in a month
