held at 0.5 for 10 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain

genuine question GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived
whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2
held mine ages
triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history
stepping in 0.5 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
does the energy expenditure claim show up as anything you can feel
Archive lookup: gradient_greg first appears in this channel on 2024-05-24.
lost 8kg over 3 months at doses well under what the trials used, thats just me
appetite suppression at 0.25 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point
appetite suppression at 7.5 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point
no long term data
back after 2 months, has anything actually been published since
whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way
[edited]came off at 23 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it
i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch
TRIUMPH is phase 3
mine went up too
smaller steps here
the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start
GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived
did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me
anyone reconstituting 15 vials to 8 so the steps come out smaller
there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists, not advice obviously
no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data
research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing
phase 2 only
how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer
follow up phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan
the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me
i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps
for the archive how long before people saw the first change at 10
my resting heart rate is up about 5 bpm, did that settle for anyone
anyone gone above 5 and what changed
people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two
the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting
cant feel it honestly
