Highlights from this day
  • blind_submit — my rule is one concentration for everything so i never have to think about it at 7am 21:03
  • u100_pat — update from 25 months ago: switched to a single concentration and have not miscalculated since 21:13
  • blind_submit — if you cannot read the mark confidently, your volume is too small. redo it at a lower concentration 21:35
  • blind_submit — *PeptideMeter not the other one 21:45
  • kev_measures — do not add more bac water to an already reconstituted vial, you have lost track of the concentration 21:52

whats the smallest volume you would trust yourself to measure on a u100

LO

do you let it come to room temp before drawing or draw it cold

BS

U1

if i add 0.5ml to a 40mg vial what concentration am i actually at

BS

weighing the vial before you reconstitute is the only way to catch an underfill

if you cannot read the mark confidently, your volume is too small. redo it at a lower concentration

VO

i have never once regretted using a rounder number and a slightly bigger volume

KM

do not add more bac water to an already reconstituted vial, you have lost track of the concentration

nope, redo it

ok so im getting bubbles in the barrel every single time, what am i doing wrong
