update from 10 months ago: still at maintenance, still boring, which was always the goal
sorry to jump in there is no official maintenance dose. it is a thing we do because the alternative on the table was stopping
the food noise came back at the lower dose, does it settle again

protein went up during maintenance for me rather than down, which was completely counterintuitive
