- u100_pat — cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower 21:51
- third_shift — the muscle question is the one i wish i had taken seriously at month two instead of month twelve 22:18
- vialkeeper — i put 43 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round 22:59
harder than losing
there is no trial on every ten days or every fortnight. people here do it and report on it and that is all we have
thats SELECT
come down slower than that
regain is expected

holidays at maintenance are fine, i take the dose on the day and stop thinking about it, your mileage will differ
im at goal and nobody has told me what happens next, whats the room doing
the muscle question is the one i wish i had taken seriously at month two instead of month twelve
quick one update from 18 months ago: still at maintenance, still boring, which was always the goal
i set a trigger weight instead of a target. if i cross it i go up a rung. that is my entire plan, anyway
i dropped from 5 to 0.25 for maintenance and held steady for fourteen months
is a maintenance dose a real clinical thing or something we invented between us
i lift twice a week specifically because losing fast without it cost me more than i was willing to lose
no data on that
does anyone lift specifically to hold onto muscle now that theyre maintaining
the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel
thats fluctuation
same as a bp tablet
i was wrong about maintenance being the easy part and i had said so loudly for a year beforehand
everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here
i put 43 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round

m7 99.2went back up, no regrets
anyone tried every ten days or every fortnight as a maintenance schedule
how much protein were people eating at maintenance compared to while losing
dropping to a maintenance dose was uneventful for me and completely miserable for somebody i talk to weekly, take that with a pinch of salt
set a trigger weight
food noise coming back at a lower dose settled again after about four weeks for me
i set a trigger weight instead of a target. if i cross it i go up a rung. that is my entire plan
unrelated but the food noise came back at the lower dose, does it settle again
[edited]*PeptideMeter not the other one
nobody here can tell you whether to stop. we can tell you what happened to us when we did
weekly not daily
protein went up during maintenance for me rather than down, which was completely counterintuitive
Reminder set. I will post here in 5 days.
