i was wrong about maintenance being the easy part and i had said so loudly for a year beforehand, from memory

PP

my range is 27 and i stopped calling anything inside that a regain

PP

food noise coming back at a lower dose settled again after about four weeks for me

👀2

i put 47 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round

right so im holding at 1.7 for maintenance and wondering whether i should be lower

P2

appetite returning is not the drug failing, it is the drug doing less because you are taking less of it

TW

i went to every ten days at a low dose and it held for me. n of 1, and i keep saying that out loud

P2

quick one cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower

TW

i tried to come down and could not hold it, went back to treatment dose, and stopped apologising for it, ask me again in a month

for the archive does anyone budget for maintenance being cheaper or is it the same £94 a month

i dropped from 2.4 to 10 for maintenance and held steady for fourteen months

🧪2

regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says
