Highlights from this day
  • steady_state_sue — changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing 16:11
  • steady_state_sue — for the archive the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair 16:12
  • VialBot — Purity check: no report on file for lot D-0718. Nothing logged either way. 16:25
  • vial_ledger — is the combination just the two dosed together or a single formulation 16:46

dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 9 months, appetite held but weight barely moved

VB

Purity check: no report on file for lot D-0718. Nothing logged either way.

is anyone running this on its own or is it all CagriSema in here
the fullness effect hasnt faded over 18 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve

TT

right so is the nausea profile genuinely different or am i imagining it

VI

i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which

SD

the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first, still working it out

SD

the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule

PP

its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake

PP

amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist

PP

genuine question is the weekly schedule the same here

Cagrilintide monotherapy, dose ranging. The combination trials came later.

went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information

added it to an existing retatrutide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible

30 in 3ml gives 8mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round

PP

did the combination change your GI compared to the GLP-1 alone
