GG

i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which, thats just me

REDEFINE is the trial

combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere, your mileage will differ

is the slower titration because of nausea or something else
i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me

Reminder for cagri_curious: dose day is today. Set 4 days ago.

IS

right so two VendorInvestigate results on the same GL Biochem lot came back 98.6 and 99.4, closer than i expected

TF

the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule

unrelated but how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination

GG

has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work

GG

monotherapy question, did appetite move for you without a GLP-1 alongside

IS

follow up the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent

CO

its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake

did the combination change your GI compared to the GLP-1 alone

did the nausea feel different to you or just less

held mine a while
