the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much
size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop
repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in
down 31 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
SURMOUNT-OSA reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better
