the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going

MP

ok so half a stone in 33 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening, ask me again in a month

👍12

bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting

is it bad form to say i havent had a single side effect

MP

went up two flights of stairs without stopping and then had to sit down for a completely different reason

the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much

down 74 and my resting heart rate dropped 3 bpm, related or not

WW

my knees stopped hurting and i genuinely did not expect that, has anyone had the same

KF

cpap pressure got turned down last week, has that happened for anyone

the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part

*Medutest not the other one

kept 24 of it off for 3 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of, anyway

the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was

cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night

congrats

WW

honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug

WW

45 down in 4 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale

HM

down 58 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine

BW

a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it

BW

does anyone have a milestone they were embarrassed to admit mattered

youre allowed to be pleased

U1

coming back after 15 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody

⚠️5❤️4📉1
TT

careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two, anyway

brilliant a1c

TT

how long did it take before you believed it was actually working

🔥9🧪2📈4

i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did

Assay note: FGP lot SG-1177 reported at 97.4% of label content.

the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance
