- step_one_sian — kept 38 of it off for 21 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of 20:22
- nine_nine_one — hit 32 down this morning and im sat here not really feeling anything, is that normal 21:44
- vale_vials — down 84 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine 22:09
- vale_vials — bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting 22:16
the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance
good bp move
youre allowed to be pleased
kept 38 of it off for 21 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going
is it weird that the clothes size mattered more to me than the number did
honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug
genuine question size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop
no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do
thats brilliant
i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about
went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win
kept 13 of it off for 8 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
*PeptideMeter not the other one
cpap pressure got turned down last week, has that happened for anyone
STEP 4 reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better, n of 1 obviously
quick one half a stone in 30 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening
ok so careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two
i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls
hit 32 down this morning and im sat here not really feeling anything, is that normal
is it bad form to say i havent had a single side effect
blood pressure was 148 over 94 at baseline and 126 over 80 today, is that the weight or coincidence
i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust
keep going
ring fitting is the best one
thats a big drop
what non scale thing surprised you most
down 84 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
ok so does the room want the numbers or just the story
bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting
