i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny

- hair_month_four — a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything 17:44
- typosquat_tay — the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much 17:59
- typosquat_tay — coming back to this resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know 18:17
- hair_month_four — week three nearly finished me and im at month 23 now, does anyone want the boring version 18:39
- typosquat_tay — ok so my knees stopped hurting around 16 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage 19:02
half a stone in 12 weeks sounds slow written down and felt enormous while it was happening
thats the win
down 43 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
i was down 16 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure
brilliant a1c

size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop
down 26 and the scale hasnt moved in a fortnight, do i still get to call it a win
coming back to this resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know
congrats
cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night

m7 99.2the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available
10kg is about 22lb and i still get that conversion wrong at least once a month
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
is it bad form to say i havent had a single side effect
youre allowed to be pleased
careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two
while im here what non scale thing surprised you most
STEP 4 reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better
does the room want the numbers or just the story
went from stopping halfway up the stairs to carrying shopping up them without noticing, and that is the whole win
good bp move
thats brilliant
kept 32 of it off for 4 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of, not advice obviously
