- bex_bloods — unrelated but careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two 19:05
- bex_bloods — i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did 19:07
- bex_bloods — nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 18 now, we shall see 19:11
congratulations, genuinely. and thank you for putting the caveats in, most people do not bother, we shall see
repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in
is it weird that the clothes size mattered more to me than the number did
honest caveat on mine: i also started walking and lifting, so my numbers are not a clean read on the drug
i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust
still here at month 14
thats brilliant
love this channel
week three nearly finished me and im at month 25 now, does anyone want the boring version
i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
Inter-lab diff for lot A-2418: 97.4% vs 99.2%. Within expected range.
thats the win
good bp move
blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets
[edited]a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
well done
the stairs thing yeah
the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance
kept 46 of it off for 12 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of
the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going
a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it
cpap pressure got turned down last week, has that happened for anyone
the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part
my knees stopped hurting and i genuinely did not expect that, has anyone had the same
unrelated but careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two
i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did
i nearly quit too
nearly quit at week three, the nausea was awful, somebody here told me to hold rather than push. month 18 now, we shall see
coming back after 19 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody
thats a big drop
my knees stopped hurting around 21 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage
down 29 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine, anyway
STEP 4 reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better, someone check my working
cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night
[edited]somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly
please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it
how long did it take before you believed it was actually working
youre allowed to be pleased
thats not showing off
