while im here i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did
right so how do you celebrate this without it being about food
resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know
follow up anyone else find the compliments harder to handle than the weight itself

a1c came back 5.6 from 6.9, can i be pleased about that or is it too early to say anything
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial, from memory
