size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop, happy to be corrected
no side effects at all is a legitimate report and it belongs here as much as the hard ones do

i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny

HH

cpap pressure got turned down last week, has that happened for anyone

*Janoshik not the other one

SF

i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about

is it bad form to say i havent had a single side effect

FA

how do you say youre pleased in here without it sounding like an advert

[edited]
SF

kept 14 of it off for 12 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of, not advice obviously

🙏5

brilliant a1c

i log kilos because i think in kilos and put pounds in brackets so nobody has to convert anything

thats the win

the boring version is the useful one. slow, uneventful, still going

good bp move

SF

ok so please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it

SF

the milestone that mattered was fitting an aeroplane seat without the extender, and i was embarrassed by how much, ask me again in a month

coming back after 2 months to say i kept it off, is that useful to anybody

i nearly quit too

TT

i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it

TT

i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did

thats not showing off

resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know

the stairs thing yeah

ok so first time under a number i havent seen since 2016, what did people do at that point

months not weeks

HH

went up two flights of stairs without stopping and then had to sit down for a completely different reason
resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know

SS

follow up a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it, still working it out

slow is fine

HH

i was down 26 at month six and then nothing at all for eleven weeks. it moved again. the eleven weeks were not a failure, ask me again in a month

HH

i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust

16 down in 9 months and honestly the stairs were the bit that got me, not the scale

❤️1📈11🎉1
HH

is it weird that the clothes size mattered more to me than the number did

repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in

while im here bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting

NS

ok so somebody thanked me a year later for a two line message i do not remember writing and it has stayed with me, n of 1 obviously

SS

the win i did not expect was sleeping through the night. i had forgotten that was available

FT

down 52 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine

HH

my knees stopped hurting around 10 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage, ask me again in a month
