i overclaimed early on in here, got gently corrected, and i deserved it
i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls, ill dig out the number
down 40 total and about half of that came in the first four months. it slowed after that and that was fine
the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was
