is there a point where you stop weighing daily
size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop, not advice obviously
the compliments were harder than i expected and nobody warns you about that part
i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny
ring fitting is the best one
does anyone else keep one pair of old jeans purely as a measuring device

repeat sleep study came back better, has anyone else moved out of the range they were in
is it bad form to say i havent had a single side effect
down 85 and my resting heart rate dropped 8 bpm, related or not
i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about
congratulations, genuinely. and thank you for putting the caveats in, most people do not bother
kept 14 of it off for 18 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of, still working it out
right so first time under a number i havent seen since 2016, what did people do at that point
resting heart rate went from 82 to 64 over a year. the weight, the walking, or both, i genuinely do not know, take that with a pinch of salt
sorry to jump in anyone else find the compliments harder to handle than the weight itself
week three nearly finished me and im at month 19 now, does anyone want the boring version
my milestone was tying my shoes sitting upright. it is not an endpoint in any trial
somebody talked me out of quitting at week three and i never said thank you properly
careful with the claiming though, mine could easily be the weight rather than the drug and i cannot separate the two
congratulations, genuinely. and thank you for putting the caveats in, most people do not bother
cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night
i stopped weighing daily at about month six and my mood improved more than my numbers did
bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting
does the room want the numbers or just the story
the ring fitting again was worth more to me than any number on the scale ever was
a1c 6.9 to 5.4 over ten months. not diabetic on paper anymore and i still do not quite believe it, n of 1 obviously
the thing nobody tells you is that the wins slow down and you have to learn to like the maintenance
my knees stopped hurting around 16 down and i had assumed that was permanent damage
i nearly quit too
how do you say youre pleased in here without it sounding like an advert
please say it. this channel exists for exactly this and nobody here is bored of hearing it
