Batch lookup H-2814: 8 independent reports on file, earliest 2024-08-17.

FLOW reported roughly what i got, which surprised me, i had assumed the trial people all did better

EO

bloods, blood pressure and the stairs all moved before the scale did anything interesting

blood pressure went from 148 over 94 to 124 over 78 across about a year and my gp took me off one of the two tablets

AT

i celebrated by buying a coat that fits. deliberately not food, which took some thinking about, your mileage will differ

SB

kept 29 of it off for 15 months now and that is the number i am actually proud of

week three nearly finished me and im at month 17 now, does anyone want the boring version

CS

cpap pressure came down from 14 to 9 and the machine stopped waking me up in the night

size 22 to size 14 over about eighteen months. sizes are not consistent between shops so i only use the one shop

LL

i keep a pair of jeans from 2015 in the wardrobe as a measuring device and it is the only measurement i trust, happy to be corrected

LL

for the archive i was the one who nearly quit at week three and now i am the one saying hold, which i find funny, ymmv

LL

i measure my waist as well because it kept moving through two separate stalls
