i asked for a non standard vial size and got it without a surcharge. that told me more than any certificate

the same 50mg at 185 with free shipping is 3.70 per mg. cheaper, and i still ordered the first one, ill dig out the number

coming back to this better paperwork is worth paying for and i did not think that two years ago
