my first order from QYB was fine and my fourth was better. they have improved
i keep three suppliers on rotation so a stock gap never becomes a problem, happy to be corrected

cold packs are not standard everywhere. ask explicitly and it usually costs nothing, not advice obviously
i asked for a non standard vial size and got it without a surcharge. that told me more than any certificate
they improved

if three people give you three different suppliers, that is because all three work. pick one and test it
support answering in two days is good. answering in nine is a data point about the whole operation, your mileage will differ
