i would order from SGN again and i would still weigh the vials, as i would with anyone
paperwork is worth it
a supplier who tells you something is out of stock rather than shipping late is doing you a favour
i asked for a non standard vial size and got it without a surcharge. that told me more than any certificate
they slipped
