- VialBot — Purity check: no report on file for lot D-0718. Nothing logged either way. 13:16
- pbs_pip — ok so the 40 vial in 1ml gives 8mg/ml which puts 7.5 on 50 units, nice round numbers 14:24
- pbs_pip — sorry to jump in at 10 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win 15:11
- karl_fischer — coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5 SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up 16:23
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 5 months at 7.5 not needing more

how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
ok so the 40 vial in 1ml gives 8mg/ml which puts 7.5 on 50 units, nice round numbers
held 10 for 13 months and lost 29kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
*that should say weekly
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
sorry to jump in at 10 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
went back to semaglutide after 6 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
sorry to jump in €72 for a 40 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
easier gi for me
did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
folklore probably
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
10 was enough
coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
