RR

quick one back after 23 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off

DO

£185 for a 15 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year

the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact

at 10 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up

TT

changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome

checked the units twice

the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you

SC

the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number, happy to be corrected

titrate slow

coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5

at 2.4 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win

while im here whats the top licensed dose, 15 or does it go higher

Trial scheduleWhat most people here do
Step interval4 weeks, fixed4-12 weeks, on symptoms
Holdingprotocol deviationnormal and expected
Top dosereached by designoften never reached
Coming downnot studiedcommon at maintenance

anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses

is the 5 vial the common one or do people use 40

[edited]

i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 21 months at 7.5 not needing more

start low anyway

PT

my Janoshik result on a WXT vial came in at 99 which is why i keep buying from them, ask me again in a month

folklore probably

dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line

right so did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this

quick one held 10 for 20 months and lost 35kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
