ok so the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
the 15 vial in 1ml gives 2.5mg/ml which puts 2.5 on 12 units, nice round numbers
New independent result logged — BCH, lot A-2418, purity 99% (VendorInvestigate).
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
while im here went back to semaglutide after 21 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI, i think
start low anyway
genuine question the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
plateaued at 24 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
unrelated but the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact

the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
restarted at 2.5 after 26 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
coming back to this if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table, thats one data point
*that should say weekly
7.5 gang
genuine question SURMOUNT-1 versus SURPASS-2, which one was the weight trial
did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect
same plateau here
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
switched from 10 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one
*Medutest not the other one
