genuine question did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it

- cricket_or_footy — whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different 16:07
- VialBot — Batch lookup B-0114: 5 independent reports on file, earliest 2025-02-24. 16:22
- bpc_sceptic — no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later 19:39
- bpc_sceptic — the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier 19:41
back after 11 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off
coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
switched last year
€240 for a 5 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that
whats the top licensed dose, 15 or does it go higher
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
folklore probably
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
Batch lookup B-0114: 5 independent reports on file, earliest 2025-02-24.
how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
unrelated but at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that
quick one is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule
no clean conversion
anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact
if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
genuine question held 10 for 9 months and lost 45kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
went back to semaglutide after 11 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
easier gi for me
the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number
switched from 2.4 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it, for what its worth
i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
[edited]is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
coming back to this how many weeks at 7.5 before you knew it was enough
ok so did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
GIP plus GLP-1
5 did nothing
i sat at 7.5 for 24 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
the 30 vial in 1ml gives 4mg/ml which puts 0.25 on 40 units, nice round numbers
checked the units twice
the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start
40 units of a 2.5 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
is the 2 vial the common one or do people use 10
genuine question 5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
titrate slow
restarted at 2.5 after 3 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
follow up how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
start low anyway
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 21 months at 7.5 not needing more
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
