the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number
i sat at 7.5 for 6 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from

does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger

i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 2 months at 7.5 not needing more

coming back to this is the 5 vial the common one or do people use 30

QH

the 20 vial in 5ml gives 10mg/ml which puts 2 on 30 units, nice round numbers

QH

SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up

PM

SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted

PM

whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different

EM

40 units of a 10 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time

PM

the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

TT

i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did

TT

held 10 for 5 months and lost 28kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

PM

no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later

QH

is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects

QH

5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me, take that with a pinch of salt

GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect

same plateau here

i sat at 7.5 for 23 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from

OO

£120 for a 40 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year

[edited]

switched last year

ok so the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact

i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me, we shall see
