i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did

- meal_prep_mick — anyone got a 8 recon they like for the 2 vials 06:56
- noct.titrate — unrelated but how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number 07:15
- hydrate_hana — did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it 09:20
plateaued at 23 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific, i have it written down somewhere
went back to semaglutide after 3 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 13
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 14 months at 7.5 not needing more
titrate slow
licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does
[edited]easier gi for me
im at 5 and thinking about 12, did anyone gain anything from that step
start low anyway
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
7.5 gang
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
Channel stats, last 30 days: 119 messages from 46 members.
switched last year
GIP plus GLP-1
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later, thats just me
switched from 1 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
back after 13 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving
if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
anyone got a 8 recon they like for the 2 vials
same plateau here
SURMOUNT-1 versus SURPASS-2, which one was the weight trial
i sat at 7.5 for 23 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
Recon calculator: 15mg in 0.5ml = 8mg/ml.
unrelated but how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)folklore probably
€55 for a 40 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
my VendorInvestigate result on a TFC vial came in at 97.4 which is why i keep buying from them
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
